Are you passionate about strategy and analytics? Are you eager to learn more about the hotel industry and grasp insights related to the market development, guest experience, and how to drive and maximize results? Do you enjoy working across functions and coordinating and supporting different stakeholders and projects? Description of the role:

  • Capture and analyze internal and external data to develop insights and recommendations related to Scandic’s long term ambitions and prioritization
  • Drive and support strategic projects and coordinating between projects and functions
  • Follow market development, key industry trends as well as internal financial, commercial and operational metrics
  • Develop presentations and decision materials for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors and support in the business planning process
  • The Strategy Manager reports to the Director of Group Strategy, working closely with and supporting the CEO and the rest of the Executive Committee as well as the commercial function


  • 3-5 years in management consulting or as a project manager or analyst in a strategy team or similar roles. You have likely led projects or complex work streams independently many times before. Preferably also explored digitalization, automation and innovation
  • A Master’s degree in engineering, economics, mathematics or similar
  • Very familiar with PowerPoint, Excel and perhaps also SPSS or other statistical tools
  • Enjoy taking responsibility and driving your own work as well as working together with others with a positive can-do attitude
  • A business minded and structured problem solver who has a passion for analytics and finding answers in large sets of data and sharing your insights with others
  • Curious and want to learn more about the hotel industry
  • Fluent in English and Swedish or other Nordic language
